Read This Post if you used MTN Momo
Hi all, I am posting this review to potentially help other people in need. I see many relatively recent reviews here and there is no way for me to comment on any of them hence me posting this. As we are all aware by now, the business is permanently closed as per Google. If you paid for your licence renewal via the MTN Momo mobile application then I have good news for you, you will be able to get the transaction reversed. Contact MTN Momo and provide them with the transaction ID and you will recieve a ticket number. I waited almost 1.5 weeks but I did get my money back and I'm hoping this helps some of you as well. Remember that MTN Momo is at fault here (IF YOU PAID VIA THEIR APP) for allowing payments to be processed to a business who is no longer operational. A small tip going forward: "Avoid using these online services for licence renewals, even when going via your banking application, take note that they all moslty use third-party service providers such as Car Licencing.co,za". Save yourself the stress. Anyway, hope this helps you guys :) Like the post if thishelped you get your money back.

I have renewed my disc with car licence on July 22nd since my disc is expiring end of the month. I have received an sms after making a payment confirming that they have received my payment and they will begin processing my vehicle license renewal. I later received an sms and email to send them some documents for them to be able process my renewal. I have shared the documents with them but I am still waiting for my disc. I tried to call their number 0100451500, its no longer working and even tried their WhatsApp number which is 0836592669 but no luck. I have been sending several emails to follow up on this but no response as yet. Their website says they are now permanently and I have no where to find them.

CarLicence is a ****!!!
At the beginning of July 2024 I paid for 3 car license discs and have had no feedback. Tel 010 045 1500 is discontinued but still on web site - email addresses provided do not respond - info@carlicence.co.za, inquiries@carlicence.co.za, docs@carlicence.co.za and have tried c****rvice and get the run around as they are the holding address from what I understand and refuse to give me a contact number.

Stay Far Away from CarLicence
I renewed my licence through CarLicence last year, so renewed with them again now. What a disaster!!! My EFT went through and I received text message to say they have received payment and busy processing my licence.... the status still remains the same. No response to emails, the telephone numbers do not work, and I see now on google website that they are permanently closed! I will have to try and get my licence some other way and doubt very much if I will see a refund. What legal action can we take against this bunch of ****mers!

I decided to use CarLicence to renew the licence disks for my two cars. I paid and received a confirmation email. After that nothing happened. The licence disks were not delivered and all my emails have been ignored, including one in which I have asked for my money back. It seems to be a ****.

Since i paid them money in April to renew,i haven't receive my car disc. Their Phones and emails are not going through. I had to go pay another money to renew the expired disc. I see many people were ****** since march by this company. What legal steps can we take?

Disgustingly Poor Service
Renew my license disc through car license on the 24th of April. Still no feedback Status is on Payment received. Tried to call, number does not work. No response on email. Really unhappy.
