Very dissatisfied with the level of service I’ve received from this outlet. On the 15th of December 2025 I placed an order for shoes, they didn’t fit well. I made a request for a refund on their WhatsApp channel on the 20th of December, they didn’t respond up until I called in the 24th of December, they told me they were experiencing high call volumes, I should be patient, they will respond on WhatsApp. After the call, they did respond, telling me that they need R99 for the courier, I processed the payment and forwarded the proof of payment on WhatsApp on the 31st of December. They’ve been quiet eversince, nk communication regarding the collection of the parcel yet they promised that the matter would be finalised by the 2nd of January 2026.
