Bad service
Very disgusting service, I mean there is no sense of agency you need to wait an hour outside an when go inside 10 of their counter only 1 person assisting. Please nedbank value and respect our Time. Only the Gentleman on welcome area you could see he is willing to help but his is alone.

Carlton centre security/thugs
Earlier this year the security guards took two of my smartphones for recording them abusing me and a friend as customers of the centre and also abusing their power i even opened a case against them

No access to public toilets
<p>I'm heavily pregnant and desperately needed to use the toilet at Carlton Centre next door Nandos. To my surprise the toilet was locked , i came across a lady who works at cellphone shop and had keys to the toilet and refused to help me. What kind of mall locks public toilets?</p>
