Worse service ever

We went there for birthday celebration yesterday. But the service we got was very bad. We had to beg for Food ,even that food was served very cold/more like leftovers after serving other tables.

When we complained it got worse to such extend that some of the staff would just skip our table and serve table next to us.

Been to this place more than 3 times but never experienced such bad service.
