Poor cars 4hire service
I contacted cars for hire via WhatsApp, with intentions of hiring a car. Someone attended to me, without even telling me their name. So I asked all the necessary details and got answers right away. I then later on asked for vehicle pictures that did not receive on the same day & reason was provided. I understood that,cool. The following day comes, no pictures. I send a text to the cars 4 hire contact conversation and remind who ever is attending to me. The person tell me their waiting for pictures from the supplier. I enquire a quotation that’s for the vehicle with all T&C’s. The person sends me a link that took me to a page where I filled in my details and choose the car that I want. A week passes by , no contact from cars 4 hire. When I texted the agent he was very rude, and told me if I’m unhappy about the service, I should look for other options. I could upload screenshots I would.
