On the 9th Feb 2022 I was put into contact with a sales lady in the Vereeniging branch. I decided to buy a new P-Series 4wd LT 2022 model (which had to be imported from China) and delivery to myself was due by 29 March 2022. However, on the 7th March, I was contacted by Carsdirect informing me that there was problems with the imports and they would only be able to provide me with the new P-Series in approx. 6 months. As my current car was in the process of being sold, this was not acceptable and Carsdirect offered me a 2021 model with 15 000 km on the clock. When the car was delivered on 15th March 2022 (15,706km on clock), there were 2 major dents on the wheel arches in the 'bakkie' and there was no Nudgebar which I paid for (extra). On the 11 April 2022, Carsdirect collected the vehicle and returned it onthe 12 April 2022 having repaired the 2 wheel arches. The Nudgebar is still outstanding. The service from the beginning (when applying for the NEW P-Series (finance had been approved) and did not materialize as well as the delivery of the SECONDHAND P-Series with dents and scratches has not been a good experience in my life when it should have been.

Probably the best dealer in South Africa. Super friendly staff. The sales exexutive was committed to great service. Carsdirect sourced a vehicle wich was out of stock at all the dealers a visited. Not only did they sourced the vehicle, I received my brand new Haval Jolion within a week. Thank Carsdirect for promp, friendly and exceptional service!!!

My child bought a motor bike from sales person and now that the deal is done there are lots of issues to get his paperwork of which he was charged for ie: Engine warranty, licence disc, also when he called to ask for things to be fixed on bike the salesman ignores him sadly he trusted and signed docs. We contacted the sales person again and still he ignores, thus why did my child pay for the engine warranty, if something happens how will he claim without any proof but just the money paid that was added to his contract from the bank Also was mentioned that he will not pay for delivery fee and still was added. When someone buy a car/vehicle and pays for registration, you will get your licence disc/plates/ and must be put through the test. Currently very unhappy. Hope to hear from the sales person soon otherwise we will be forced to either get the money back that he paid for no service received or get legal advise how to go forward.

Stay stay. Do not be tempted. I repeat, do not be tempted!!!. I purchased a vehicle in December 2020. The vehicle has had to have it's entire gearbox replaced.. Followed by a steering wrack issue that they have been ducking and diving to sort out... I'm ashamed to have people in my car with a loud knocking sound everytime I turn... This is a Mazda CX-5 which I'm paying R5000. It's not right to have to cringe everytime I drive with a passenger... They are not even returning my calls..

Had an absolutely lovely experience with Cars Direct from beginning to end. We have bought two cars through them and could not be happier. They helped us every step of the way and explained everything clearly. I can 100% recommend them!
