Phone number disappointment
Their business line is never picked up. I think they must remove it from their promotional endeavor because it's not assisting customers with anything since you have to go there personally after calling their line in vain.

Purchase the original one not a ***** one.
Hi there After purchasing a brand new set of cartridges that included four different colors, I was able to print only two A4 pages. I returned the set to the shop, namely Cartridge Depot in the Northcliff Corner shopping centre to understand why it was not functioning properly. The staff initially told me that all four cartridges were completely empty, likely due to excessive use. I rejected this claim, insisting that the set had printed only two pages—and those in very poor condition. Later, I left my printer with them (as agreed with the shop owner) for further examination. After about two months, during which I was overseas, I returned to the shop and was informed that the printer was not functioning properly and may be failing. My question was simple: if this machine was not working correctly, how could it possibly have printed an extensive number of pages with this set? What I received was merely a meaningless response and a rejection for a refund. Long story short: don't opt for the cheap options from such companies. The cheap option often ends up being more expensive. I paid more than R750 to print only two A4 pages. Regards. G Guler

catridge depot - bad customer service
I bought a catridge at your depot in Centurion on the eve of Easeter Weekend. Excelent service, I received however, the catridge read depleted on my machine. I took it back to the store from day 1 and decided to buy at Waltons same as I needed to do my work. I took it back again with my machine and still reads same but they could not exchange or insert another one of theirs to proove is with my machine. Such a bad experience as and I hope no one ever support such companies.

Excellant service with a smile from Lana Harmse at Cartridge Deppt Highveld Mall
I Would most Definitely suggest Cartridge Depot to anyone....I received excellant service from Lana Harmse at Cartridge Depot Highveld Mall....I bought a Eco Tank printer and went to ask for Ink and advise on the printer and she gave me excellant advise on how the printer is used etc...thanks for your great service with a smile keep up your good work will most definitely come back again and your products are excellant quality

Cartridge depot new market mall never have stock
What a disappointment does not matter when you come mid month beginning month end month they don't have stock promise you all the proper advantages to by there product but don't have stock

very poor service from head office
on the 7th July 2022 i purchased a CANNON printer model TR 4540, the device stopped scanning documents in January of 2023, I was advised to re install the software and drivers which was done, still not scanning the printer was then returned to the store from where it was purchased CARTRIDGE DEPOT Newmarket Alberton as requested by the store manager. the store manager tried to get it to scan with no success it was then sent to there head office who have now taken over 2 weeks to make a decision whether to refund replace or repair.

Awesome service from 1st contact. Great price. I have a very very old HP Laserjet printer and tried many places prior to finding this gem. Catherine is wonderfully responsive and my cartridge was delivered on time at the speed of light. Well done👏👏👍
