CCAS AUCAMP PROPERTIES

I sold my Property in Sasolburg to CAS AUCAMP Properties in June 2022 ,the sale finalised eventually in March 2023.He then sold the property to Etienne W who also wrote a negative review regarding his experience. I am only giving 1 star because you can't give negative stars. He not once comp**** with the suspensive conditions,tried to change the terms afterwards and with the help of Estelle ,his conveyancer ,who would not put him to terms unless threatened, delayed the entire process.He did not pay all the occupational rent due and if he did ,rarely on time.He also did not pay the utilities as stipulated.He also tried to bully me out of my credit at the council,I sent him packing.Based on my experience of this ********* ****** ,stay as far away from him ,his company and his conveyancer as you possibly can.
