Funeral without flowers for my mom
Flower arrangements for my mom's Funeral (yesterday) was supposed to be delivered at the church 9am, eventually got dropped off at 10:15 while the service already commenced at 10'o clock. I phoned Avbob Lynnwood a few times to follow up, it looked like we didn't care at all. Guests flying in from Netherlands and Cape-Town while there's no flower in sight. The coffin was supposed to be positioned near the entrance with yellow flowers (my mom's favorite) while friends and family members enter the church. This didn't happen as the coffin couldn't be presented without any flowers on. This was a terrible and embarrassing experience on what was supposed to be a special day.
