Unhappy and frustrated client

I completed my payment after making a loan from them.I paid up all the money in 2018.Till today I'm still listed on the credit bureau.3Years after I have paid them.This situation has given me a bad credit record and I don't know what to do.They actually listed me twice for the one account which I have paid 3years back.Im struggling to get them to clear my name but tll today nothing has been done
