Cash Exchange Promenade in Mitchell's plain, Beaconvally are ******, I now will have to buy my items back simply because of them who could book or renew the date on the system, I went there to check as to when my I tems are expiring as it is my way, I went there on the 18th of July, as I was there on June to renew them for July month on the 25th, when I arrived I was told that they were on the floor my shock of this world and I asked how come because I was there on the 18th of June to renew them, the lady told me that they were not on the system, I was so devasted so frustrated and did not know what to do as there was no one to answer since the person that I did the renewal with was off, so I hate this thing that this company is doing to me now I will have to buy my items again though it is their own fault may God deal with them decisevely, it's worse I spoke to the lady by the name ZAIDA who promise to make sure that they get all my items and get them back and I left my phone number and my ID number but when I contacted her to remind her she only blue ticked me with no care at all. This is what we are going through in this shop cash exchange in Promenade.
