Cash Is King Pimville - Damaging cars

Did business as usual with Cash is King in Pimville as usual, pawned my car. Upon arrival as always, car inspection is done including a test drive. A few days I'm told the car gets moved around to create space, no problem the car works. A day of collection, I make a full payment and I'm told the car doesn't start suddenly, I'm told to pay up for petrol...I oblige, still the car does not start. I am told they do not take responsibility or mechanical issues yet the car broke on their hands. Imagine paying a whooping 15k and still get expected to fix the car, not sure if they drive around these cars without our knowledge then puts the responsibility on us! I'm not happy at all, I'm now expected to arrange my own towing truck and fix the car where else it came in a good working condition!
