No response

Cashfin has been debiting R250 on my account from December. Even this morning i was debited and when i enquire they dont respond or refund my money. R250 was debited 4 times consecutively but i didn't take a loan from them. If they dont respond in 24 hours i am taking this matter to ombudsman. I want a refund.
