Castrol gives wrong oil to coloured people

I wonder what the compensation is to a customer who was given the wrong motor oil. I mean it made my car sound like a tractor. The white cashier at castrol Bellville was clever enough to give a coloured man the wrong oil for his car that he announced to her as being a car. I will be returning that oil today.
