Magnatec Actually Works

My father's old 1988 VW Citigolf over-heated twice in less than 3 hours, in fact he drove to the mechanic with no coolant in the car at all. We only use Castrol Radicool. Anyway, I always use Castrol Magnatec 10W-40 for my folks cars and the mechanic said it was because I used Magnatec that the engine didn't seize. Amazing that the oil actually does what it claims. Brilliant.
