DISCONTENT CUSTOMER

I have never had a problem with COTD for many years until last year. I ordered few things including a powerbank. Delivery was done after many days and there was no powerbank. I called the courier and they said its not their fault I must call COTD. I did that, there was no answer, send them emails and nothing, not even an acknowlegement. I'am unhappy with their service. They have really changed from better to worst.
