Don’t waste your money, management has changed. Non existent customer service.

I’ve used COTD for the last couple of years with no problems. I ordered perfumes on 20 Feb and expected delivery between 3-10 days as per the website. After calling the number on the website and sending emails that were not returned. I was referred to Jessie who now runs the website. I was told that one of the perfumes I ordered wasn’t available resulting in the delay. That seems to be the standard excuse used after reading the complaints on this site. I then asked her to ship the rest of the order. After a promise to do that, nothing has happened she has been blue-ticking me and not responding to calls. Stay away from them. Something has changed with this business.
