Disrespectful management

I attended a 40th birthday celebration on the 10th of April and the evening was spoiled by management . The manager was utterly disrespectful by interrupting a heartwarming speech and showed horrible attitude towards us as customers . I believe a change in management is in order or she needs training in how to handle customers
