Dear Jody W Thank you for raising your concerns. Firstly, we would like to apologise for the fact that you could not get hold of our offices. Initially, we were closed due to the National Lockdown. On return to the office, we were sadly forced to close again for a period due to positive Covid-19 cases amongst employees. We are now open again, albeit on skeleton staff. We take your concerns in a serious light and have had a look at your profile.
