The service from this organisation id disgusting and in my opinion unlawful? i subscribed to Lifepower in 2017 for the service they offered in which they assist to remove judgements and blacklisting. Since then they have informed me of the judgements and default listings against my name. After them informing me, i confirmed that 1 of the listings was incorrect and they subsequently corrected this. Further to this for the past 3 years they have been deducting a significant amount of money monthly, but have provided me with absolutely no service. I have managed to remove all adverse notes on my credit profile, by myself or with the help of an alternative legal advisor. I have since attempted to communicate with LifePower on 011 072 3555 on numerous occasions since before 6 June 2020 at which stage i addressed a email to them. I have since not had a response to my email and every call i make to them, i get through to the receptionist (with a seriously bad attitude) who puts me through to an imaginary person in that i am on hold for in excess of 20 minutes at a time after which i end the call. this has now happened 4 times in this week alone! I have requested to communicate with managers or supervisors but with no result.
To anyone considering using their service - please be careful!! you will pay for no service!!!
