RUN FROM CAW BOKSBURG
RUN! Bought a second hand vehicle from them in 2016 and from day 1 it gave me problems. I now understand why they wanted me to write a review before I even drove off that day. Apart from all the issues, once specific question I asked was if the car had been in an accident and they said no. Today, years later I had to replace my fan and when the car was stripped in front it was quite clear that it was in a head on collusion.. They will tell you anything to make a sale Do not trust them

CAW Motor Group is Fraudsters and dishonest!
We are potential vehicle buyers and were interested in buying the Atos for my granddad who is 88 years old and a pensioner from the CAW Motor Group in Midrand. We were mislead and they tried to cheat my granddad. CAW management, Ayman and Brian ,the sales agent, were dishonest in many ways. They tried to sell the car for R60 000 at first even though it was advertised for R49 900 with a roadworthy certificate/inspection sheet to prove the car was roadworthy. Brian then led us to believe that they will be able to accepts R53 000 without issuing a roadworthy certificate and without fixing fuses, hazard light and a faulty brake light. CAW is advertising proudly on "certified vehicles you can trust". Furthermore, the engine was redone even though the vehicle has only 119 350km on the clock. This we were also told after he visited site management. It's disappointing that CAW are able to sell cars and mislead the public. CAW tried to scam a pensioner and refuse to sell a car on advertised price, relying on the term "T&C's" for R3000 on the road costs and R3000 admin costs. CAW was given a chance to rectify the situation to no avail. I will be sending reviews to as many agencies and media publication houses warning the public in the lack of ethnics, bad service, a complete disregard for the Motor Industries code of Practice, and the sales trap that CAW is trying to set to the public, or a pensioner in this case. I feel that CAW was deliberately fraudulent and dishonest in their dealings. The manager gave us a smirk and a no-care attitude and was not very fazed by the whole ordeal. CAW takes the cake as one of the worst dealings I have ever had having to buy a car. So much for "vehicles you can trust". How can you trust a vehicle if you cant trust the seller/owner. People, stay away from this modern fraudsters. It's a shame they are allowed to operate!!!

Fraudulant transactions and advertising
<p>An Isuzu was advertised on Cars.co.za. A salesman Adrian Naidoo responded and confirmed that the lower prices of the 2 advertised prices was the correct one. He confirmed that the vehicle will he kept for us and I made an appointment for Saturday morning. Upon arrival my husband was told that Adrian is no longer employed by then and that the vehicle was sold. It seems like vehicle prices gets chopped and changed as soon as clients arrive to view the vehicles. Navi phuned me but had no answers.</p>

<p>The CAW Motor Group in Midrand : What a Joke, one lie after another!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Bought a vehicle 5 weeks back, paid for registration and licensing (>3k) and still 5 weeks later, no number plates or license disk.</p> <p> </p> <p>I’ve been lied to by staff and management on numerous occasions, empty promises one after the other!!! Everyone just covering for the other!</p> <p> </p> <p>This place is ridiculous and an absolute JOKE in terms of customer service!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Have no issue with the actual vehicle, but how they conduct business is such a disgrace!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I hope someone in this group actually responds to this message!!!</p> <p> </p>
