Firstly they deserve zero stars. I am aware they closed all shops late last week and are going into liquidation, and due to this my problem will never be rectified but they deserve to be complained about one more time. They have never had spares for my Hyosung GT650 and when asked why they blame it on being unable to get spares. They have been selling their bikes knowing full well they had no spares for them! I am not surprised they have closed down. From the terrible, actually, the non service to the not telling buyers about the spares issues... How can they have been in business with this background??? I just feel sorry for people who bought the bike not knowing they could not get spares. If this was America they could sue them quite easily. There should be something that customers can do underneath the a client act of sorts? Anyone know?

Looking to buy a bike ? Avoid Cayenne at all costs. Spares department is a joke. Its not a department, its a desk. No feedback at all on parts I ordered for a 2004 HONDA which were promised within 2-3 weeks. 1 month has gone by - with 3 calls to them again promising to let me know when they arrive. Nothing. Phoned a fourth time. Was again promised to 'find out from my manager and get back to you'. Still waiting 24 hours later. All this for a simple gasket set. Never again will I buy anything from this bunch of amateurs. Do yourself a favor - buy a BM if you have any plans to keep it on the road for a while. Had an 25 year old BMW which I could still get spares for and which arrived when promised. Forget this bunch - they are only interested in selling new bikes to suckers. Bye bye HONDA. Bye bye Cayenne.

I bought a MV Agusta from Cayenne about 2 and a half years ago, and I am forced to take the bike to them as I will void the warrentee if I take it elsewhere, ever since I bought the bike i jad extreamly bad after service, but this last time was the wors of all. my bike has been standing for almost 5 months now in there workshop, in this 5 months did i not once receive feedback from them as to what is going on, I the client have to phone or email them every single week to find out what is going on with my bike, Every single week Rual the workshop manager tells me the same story over and over again, also making false promises just to get me to stop talking, Whenever I message Rual he does not even take the effort to read my message, whenever I phone the workshop only 1 out of 10 times will I get through to someone that can assist me. I am paying more than R4000 a month on this bike and I have not riden it for 5 months now... Cayenne is also refusing to pay my monthly premies as they say I have to claim it back from the warrentee company, I tried to then claim it back from them where they have responded that the paperwork and the system shows that my claim has only been placed 3 weeks ago and i am not in a place yet to claim my premies back. again more dodgy and under the table work from the workshop manager Rual. always with lies. and when you confront him about this, he comes up with very nice stories to back himself. Rual is lying to all his customers and in affect causing Cayenne to loose a lot of business. Not once have I ever had a good experiance with Cayenne. only in the very beginning where Craig Langton was still the owner it was nice, one Craig Left the place fell down into a **** whole. Super unhappy!!!

PEOPLE BEWARE! I ordered a chain and sprockets for my motorbike from these people, what a mistake. They sent me a pro-forma invoice which I paid, I phoned them and was informed that only once they have confirmed that the money reflects in their account would they release the goods for collection, after two days I phoned them and asked if they received payment, they did confirm this. I asked about the parts so that I can arrange courier collection, it is now two weeks later and after numerous phone calls to them I get informed that they do not have stock. No matter who you phone they are always in meetings or promise to hone you back, which they do not. It seems that once you make payment every effort to evade you is made by them.

I would just like to say how unhappy I am with Cayenne's current service I asked the workshop more than 3 months ago to help me with a broken lambda sensor from a bike I bought from them. The warranty is going to pay for it and I was promised that it would be fixed.. After phoning many times to find out when this part would arrive I finally got an answer and decided to take the bike in for a service at Cayenne and get the sensor replaced as well while the bike is there... Well let's just say that it was not replaced because the wrong part was ordered - or whatever I was told, as well as the air filter (for which I paid in the service already) After more than two weeks later I went to Cayenne and spoke directly to Timothy to try and see when i can get these parts done. I told him that I was going on the run to Sasolburg and I need these parts, I will put it in myself but I need it, without the sensor the bike is wasting petrol like there is no tomorrow, he said that he will get it himself if he needs to.. Obviously he did not deliver and I was let down yet again. This is now week 3 ontop of 3 months...and I am still waiting for my parts I am getting really frustrated with Cayenne at the moment and the poor service I am getting from them. Thank you Disgruntled client

Our bike was sold to Honda Kyalami 2 and a half months ago but we are still awaiting payment. I have been phoning every single day leaving messages, emailing the FD Jacques Botes but he never gets back to us to even just have the courtesy to tell us WHY you are not paying us, or even if you are planning to pay us at all. We contacted Honda Customer Care but Mandisa also never gets back to us. Why is Honda not paying its customers? Our bike has already been sold by the dealership but we still don't have payment. What is the problem? Is Honda South Africa facing issues? Can you PLEASE just let us know WHY you have decided not to pay your customers? It is getting ridiculous phoning your dealership AND head office every single day and no one bothers to give us an answer. Every single time it is "we will get back to you" yet you never do.
