Is this a ****?

Our stock was promised for delivery on the 1st they had a "breakdown" and promised delivery later the afternoon, but no delivery was done. then their only phone number was off since then. This morning the phone is on but still no response from them. They claim to be legit but with no means of communication you cannot comment to them on Facebook. They only communicate on email but still no proper communication no refund in my bank as i requested.
