My experience with CE Mobility has been nothing short of a nightmare. My family recently faced the traumatic news of a new diagnosis of paraplegia, and we desperately needed a wheelchair to navigate this challenging new reality. Despite CE Mobility's reputation as the leading supplier of wheelchairs in South Africa, they failed us at every turn. Firstly, the wait time was unacceptable. We endured over three months of anticipation and frustration, all while grappling with the emotional upheaval of our situation. When we reached out for updates, their responses were not only lacking in empathy but downright disrespectful and sarcastic. It's appalling that a company entrusted with such crucial equipment could treat their customers with such callousness. Even when the wheelchair finally arrived, the ordeal was far from over. CE Mobility displayed a shocking lack of willingness to accommodate our needs, refusing to deliver the wheelchair to our home despite it being a mere 5 kilometers away from their shop. We were left with no choice but to fetch the chair ourselves, adding unnecessary stress and inconvenience to an already challenging situation. To add insult to injury, upon receiving the wheelchair, we discovered that it required adjustments and fitting. Yet again, CE Mobility fell short, leaving us to seek assistance from another supplier to properly configure the wheelchair to meet our requirements. In summary, our experience with CE Mobility has been nothing short of a disappointment and a source of profound frustration. As a family grappling with a life-altering diagnosis, we expected compassion, efficiency, and professionalism from the supposed leader in wheelchair supply. Instead, we were met with disrespect, delays, and a shocking lack of basic customer service. I would strongly advise others to seek alternative providers who prioritise their customers' needs and well-being over profit.

Big shout-out to CE Mobility George. When enquiring about a wheelchair, they came up with recommendations, took the chair for my husband and his carers to test without any issues. When we picked up problems, they did not hesitate to go to the care home and see what the problem was and immediately did a "retrain" on the chairs capabilities. Thank you Cornel and team.

CE Mobility did repairs on my wheelchair in April 2021. The bearings they replaced were bigger that the original size. Now, (Dec 2022) the "new" bearings broke completely. My son-in-law replaced the "new" with the "old". I received my wheelchair in 2015. The labour has to be paid cash, which is ±R450. How can one put bearings in wheels which is not the correct size? Or does one have to go back more than once for a proper service delivery which should have happed the first-time round? And at the of the day, only labour will cost you more than R1000.00 if you have to go back and back and back!!

Had to assist a friend who had left a motorised disability s****** charger at home and was travelling. Did an internet search and found CE Mobility in Sandton. Contacted them via phone and they had an unit, requires a 3 prong, 5 amp charger. Went to collect and was assisted by Nyasha. Very efficient service and staff.

Really bad service. Over charge and take advantage of disabled and old person. They repair a mobile wheel chair but never once adviced my mom that's it not worth it they just to happy to sell her a battery and charger for it than delivered it only to find charger does not fit! Don't ever deal with women there called Martie she's very rude and has no respect.

I went to CE Mobility Sept 2012 to get a new chair paid for by my medical aid. I was not measured for the chair which is supposed to custom built to your measurements. They used measurements from a different make of chair completely different design ordered 10 years earlier. I received the chair only in April 2013. I took it back once to complain. Their answer was to do some adjustments. I took the chair back and after waiting so long I accepted the chair and have been using it since. Today my posture is completely wrong. This chair is too small for me and it’s feels like I’m crammed into the chair. My leg spasms are out of control no thanks to CE Mobility. Go elsewhere for chair!!! My health has gone backwards from this chair
