Cecilia's Cottage - NO!!!!!!!!!!

We booked and paid at Cecilia's Cottage for 14 days - R 28, 000. When asked for a invoice in order for us to make payment, we were sent a photo of a capitec bank card - still no invoice received.

We stayed for 2 nights and had to leave Nieuwoudtville due to unforeseen circumstances. We then requested that they please consider paying back at least R 5,000 of the R 28,000 already paid - they refused and has now blocked my number.
