If there was an option to give a zero rating, I would have done so. They called me about outstandingschool fees, and I asked them to send me a statement for verification. I never received any email or statement from them. The next thing I discovered was that they had listed a default against me with the credit bureau without any prior notice or communication. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional
