Unprofessional and ********* conduct. Since July, I have paid the agreed monthly amount via debit order. The only exception was November, when a temporary bank issue caused the debit order to bounce. I informed theim and requested a statement to confirm the balance. Despite three separate requests, I only received the statement after being threatened with a summons by Vicky. It is unacceptable that a paying client who communicates openly is treated in this way. The statement provided by CeeBee Debt Management Services does not reconcile with the creditor’s own records. The balance differs by thousands of rand, raising serious concerns about accuracy. Threatening a client with a summons while payments are ongoing. Demanding more than double the agreed monthly payment without justification. Issuing statements that do not align with the creditor’s records. This conduct is misleading, *********, and causes unnecessary distress to a client acting in good faith.
