Complain + disappoint+ poor service

They are are very rude. And playful They do not take people very serious I went to them 2019 nov to ask if they can fix my phone. It couldn't switch on....they said they could fix it. And I left it with them to run the test, fees day from then they called saying the screen was damaged....and they can fix it with +4k. I must pay half for them to order the screen. I paid them a month later I decide to call coznits Benn long..and they said they still waiting 4 the screen. Imagine so long. They don't even call and update me what going on! And they forever say we will call and they never do. 1week later I Cal again then they told me it was not the screen. Then I went to take my phone..not it had cracks and scratches. They said they will refund me and bybthenbu had waited for a week ....and now it been a month I'm still waiting for my money...and they alwys gv me excuses.... about the boss who is forever not there whn I call
