Hello, I have had deposit transactions take place from my bank account to the broker erroneously, I have numerous deposits from on the 20th of July on my bank statement but none of these were performed by me. I believe these transactions were duplicate transactions from the 18th of July that I was already charged for, The funds from these erroneous deposits have not even shown up on my trading account and that can be verified by checking my transaction history on my personal area on exness. There is absolutely nothing showing the transactions even took place on the exness side, only on my bank statement. I emailed support fix tech with the issue on email https://hey.link /wDH4m and everything was clearly fix i did receive a reply and for the funds reflect on my trading account and was refunded to my bank account as i am a university student and this is heavily impacting my finances and with a positive remark, which comes with a high interest rate
