Mondo bad service
Every month debit order goes off and every month they blocked my phone, Bad service I dont want the phone contract any more its not my responsibility to check every month why the blocked or locked my phone after the debit order goes off. Then I must wait another week to go without a phone so I can sent proof that the debit order went off

Terrable service
Cell C stopped debiting from my account, i called them and no one could give a valid reason, i made a payment arrangement and they continued not debiting . now they have handed over my account to external collectors which i have to call them first before they can tell me that they have handed over my account, without them calling me for a payment arrangement.

Cell C contract with Cell C SP
Cell C contract with Cell C SP. I have a contract with them. All I want them to do is come and change the number. People say my phone number looks like my friend( foreign national) phone number. If I phone anyone, it looks like my friends phone number. Please can they help me and give me a number that don't look like my friends number

Cell C contract with Cell C SP. I have a contract with them. All I want them to do is come and change the number. People say my phone number looks like my friend( foreign national) phone number. Cell C contract
My contact with Cell C ended on 27 June 2025, and I called on the 11th June to cancel and when I call today after noticed although the contract has come to an end but they still debiting regardless of called and notify that you not interested to continue eith the contract. This is very upsetting when these service providers treating clients like this. No communication to notify that this contract is coming to an end as car insurance do.

Cell C contract

Contract cancelation for upgrade in store
Please tell me why if I take up a contract in store that I cannot cancel within 7 days I did an upgrade and I was told to I cannot return it even though the device is not used or open in the same box plastic still on.
