I have had horrible experience with my Cell C month to month data contract which I cancelled!! I requested a cancelation of the contract because they were no longer charging me the inial contract amount of R148, 99 instead they were now charging me R320 which I new nothing about. I also had serious network issues hence the request to have the contract canceled. When i requested the cancelation they told me to pay all outstanding amounts which i did & sent proof of payments. My number 0622086851 was switched from data contract to prepaid immediately when i paid up. They have been giving me a run around for at least 2years now. I was handed over to Shabir Shaik (SSDA) Attorneys on 15 April 2023, than to Nubert Attorneys without informing me & now I have been black listed for a paid-up contract! I have spoken to the following Cell C consultants: 1. Neo Mokoena #2306060000064604 2. Nokuphila Masango #2308300000109792 3. Keamogetswe no ref cut off the line!! 4. Buhle Nkambule no ref cut off line!! 5. Simphiwe no ref cut off line! 6. Kelebogile #2309110000112752 this one told me to send proof of payments to custserve@cellc.co.za which I did but no response! 7. Hlobsile Mkhatshwa #2310310000143309 8. Keamogetswe Moono #2310310000145410 9. Kaltego line got cut off no ref 10. Bukamoso (SUPERVISOR) # 2311070000121719 Cell C please respond before I take the next steps to reporting you to the Obundsman!!!! Sithembiso Luthuli 0833673718 wandiletrading014@gmail.com

Hi Peter. I took a contract from Cell C cancelled it within days. Cell C took time but eventually cancelled it. I never heard from Cell C after that until April 2023 when I got multiple calls from a debt collecting company. After lots of attempts to contact Cell C, after countless of rude consultants one by the name of Natalie or Nadia on their social Media department. I finally got help from a lady named PHILISIWE from the Social media department, I am truly thankful that there are still people who are professional,love their job and are willing to go the extra mile. I started my year with a smile because of this lady. If Cell C want to grow again, they need more people like her.

This is my 2nd if not 3rd complain regarding CELLC using future data and minutes instead of using the one’s expiring soon.This is what Cell C normally do to poor consumers just like me I have addressed this matter with them before but still it’s continuing.For an example I have data expiring on the 30/06 but they deducted from my future data again I have on net minutes expiring on the 30/06 and I called my mum who is using Cell C but they deducted from my all net minutes exipiring at a later stage.This is so annoying honestly they need to stop with this **** of theirs it’s really not cool.Please CELLC revert back to me ASAP before I make this a big big issue and making other consumers with this **** happening.

Two years ago I did my contract upgrade at Cell C in Cape Town. No problem. This weekend I walk into North Cape Mall Cell C in Kimberley and the first thing they tell me is they have no Samsung phones. But they have got the cell C booklets out. I ask why this is and they tell me it is because they are a franchise and Cell C see to their own company owned stores first. So I am to believe that I see all ceel c merchandise including booklets with prices in store, but they cannot give me a phone even though I pay religiously? Ceel C is not a franchise when my payment goes off. So either the consultant is lying and there is poor management OR Cell C is discriminating against smaller areas even though they propose to offer a full service. This is absolutely pathetic!

I have cancelled my contract after numerous calls and finally an email, I then when through the pain staking task of contacting again to verify if it has been cancelled and was confirmed, it is now 2 months later and my bank advised that I am in areas with cell c for two months , this is unacceptable now my credit is affected I want this to be sorted out ASAP and my name to be cleared
