scamer?

Hello my Name is Thomas Fetzer. I still have the same problem with this company. I Paid 6000 Maxi Bricks but getting nothing. Im calling and getting all times excuses "next week the problem is resolved" but nothing happens , calling again , excuses and please "next week........" Last week, i was by the private place from "Julian Angamuthu" he is the owner from this company and i spoke face to face with him to refund my money back. He promissed me to do this this week but nothing happend. He told me Brandon is a worker from him.
