I am beyond disappointed with the experience we had today at Center Court Pavilion. After supporting this establishment for over 10 years, today was the final straw. A waiter named Fortune, who had just started his shift, brought a pot of boiling hot tea to our table and spilled it directly onto my elderly mother-in-law. This was not because the restaurant was busy or because he was helping multiple tables — it was purely due to his complete lack of care and interest in what he was doing. What made the situation even worse was his reaction. He did not stop to check if she was burned, did not bring napkins, and did not help clean the boiling water off her dress or legs. He simply walked away as if nothing had happened. Another waiter briefly came over saying he would check on our order, and then never returned. The manager later tried to comp our drinks, but I refused because that is not the point. We have tolerated inconsistent service here for years because we genuinely liked the place and understood that everyone has off days. But spilling boiling water on an elderly woman and then showing absolutely no concern or basic human decency is unacceptable. This was careless, unprofessional, and honestly shocking behavior. After a decade of supporting this restaurant, today proved that customer care clearly means nothing here. Absolutely unacceptable.

Tucked away in the center of the Pavilion on the mezzanine floor, Centre Court remains a go-to spot for an incredible array of delicious dishes, all at a great price. It was our first time back (Feb 2025) since the restaurant's transformation, and I’m completely in love with the place! I was so happy to see that they kept the ICONIC mirrors in the ceiling - very nostalgic. The restaurant still has an intimate, exclusive vibe, perfect for a romantic night out or any other special occasion. The food was exceptional, and our waitron Lindani, was so attentive and provided exceptional service throughout. #SharetheLoveMzansi

On Sunday, 30 June 2024, my family took my mum to Centre Court for a late lunch as Centre Court is one of her favourite places to dine. We stood in the queue to be seated. The hostess, a short African female with glasses, walked passed us numerous times without acknowledging us. A waiter noticed us and kindly directed us to one of the 4 vacant 4 seater tables. The hostess barked at us saying theres a queue that you have to follow. My sister told her that we were in the queue and before i could explain that the waiter was kind enough to direct us to a table she reached for my sister's arm. My sister told her to stop and i told her that we were in the queue and the waiter asked us to be seated. There was a family of 8 in the queue infront of us hence she probably didnt notice us. Once seated Slindile who is a gem served us and gave us excellent service. The hostess proceeded be extremely unprofessional by talking very loud and abruptly to the waiters which is unacceptable in a restaurant especially if the restaurant is busy and the waiters are trying their best to maintain a friendly attitude and serve us. The hostess approached our table to ask if we need anything and we asked for take away container. She proceeded to tell Slindile to get one for us in a very abrupt manner which was appalling. The host who is usually on duty, a white tall gentleman is always very professional and courteous and you should consider asking him to train this woman on proper etiquette. Please forgive me for not remembering the hostess and host's names

Omg this was my second time in this restaurant and me and my friends received the best service. Our food was TOP TIER my friends ordered pizza and chicken stirfry and i ordered a snack platter we had to wait a while but whilst waiting for our food our breath taking drinks arrived and they were so nice. I dont quite remember our waiter names but they were nice gentlemen who treated us with respect and dignity. Our food came and it was hot with the best aroma and smell and we ate and left no crumbs😅 the waiter kept checking on us if we're fine and he had the best restaurant etiquette i think he's a senior waiter since he was not in an apron but in a half bazer and jus checking up on the people if they needed something their seats were so comfortable and the mirrors on their roof were so clean id like to thank them for their excellent service and were coming back soon!❤️

This is the worst place ever to buy a game console and games. I bought a xbox360 on 6 January 2020 the console worked for an hour then it didnt want to pick up the cds and it kept on freezing. Took it back on the 8th of January 2020 and the guy named Arno laughed in my face when i told him the console is faulty and wants a refund. His response was arrogant and totally unprofessional. Treated the situation like a joke as well as the games is faulty. I dont recommend buying anythi g feom the shop!!!!

Always a wonderful place to stop whether its for an occasion or just because you're hungry while shopping. The quality of the food is so amazing and totally affordable / worth the price in my opinion. The service is impeccable, the managers always check up on you and are ready to assist. Love it !
