We understand how frustrating unwanted calls can be, and we do take these reports seriously. As a network provider, we supply numbers to telecoms resellers and wholesalers, who then allocate these to their end customers. We do not engage in or endorse unsolicited calling practices, and we do not have direct visibility of or relationships with the end users of these numbers.
That said, we’re committed to investigating any misuse of services provided through our network. If you’re open to it, please send the details of the calls you’ve received (including the number and time of the call) to investigation@centracom.co.za, and we will take steps to address the matter with the relevant provider.
