I app**** for the UKZN through CAO.I paid the fee and I thought they will at least keep updating me about the application. When I sent them an email they said they are not the University and I should contact the University myself. Since I have paid them I thought they will handle things better, I am not expecting a YES from the University, but I feel like they should at least give me the feedback. ITS NOW FEBRUARY and the status in still on WAITING FOR A DECISION. By the way my child has already started with another Institution. Thanks CAO and you BAD service.
