 I never thought I’d have to leave a review like this, but I’m reaching out in the hopes of finding some justice for my family. Adrian May has been renting my home for some time now, and from day one, it’s been nothing but problems. Not only has he repeatedly failed to pay rent on time, but when I try to reach out, I’m met with excuses or, worse, complete silence. As of today, he is two months behind on his rent, and despite multiple attempts to communicate with him, he continues to ignore my calls and messages. I've even had to send two eviction notices, yet he refuses to leave. What’s worse, my mother, who is bedridden and depends on the rental income to cover her medical expenses, is being put through an unimaginable amount of stress because of this. Adrian is well aware of her situation and still chooses to take advantage of us.

I’m writing this in the hope that anyone considering renting to him will think twice. I’m desperate to get this resolved, and at this point, any support in holding him accountable would be greatly appreciated. It’s heartbreaking to see someone take advantage of a vulnerable family, and I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through what we are right now.
