STOP Debit Order!
I was happy with their online service while I used it. However, when I wanted to end the service and cancel my subscription, it became impossible. I cancelled my subscription in writing via email as requested. It is now two months later and they are still collecting on the debit order despite follow-up emails and telephone calls to them! Completely unacceptable and unprofessional!!

From our side we apologize dearly. The gateway we use to process the debit orders have been experiencing problems for the past few months, which resulted in some debit orders going off even after it was cancelled. We will immediately issue a refund for you, and endeavor to take this up with the payment gateway to rectify immediately.
