Can someone tell me if this is another ****? I received a call from a person claiming to work for Certik, and their company was appointed to arrange refunds for all Baxso clients who lost their money. He was insistent, wanting me to immediately open my bank account to verify what money was paid to Baxso.

My question is: Is Certik refunding money to Baxso clients?
