Unreliable Delivery and Poor After-Sales Support
I strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from this establishment, particularly if you’re unable to collect your item in person. I ordered a printer on Monday, 16 June. While I understand that was a public holiday, I expected the order to be processed the following Tuesday and dispatched by Wednesday at the latest. By Friday morning, I had received no communication. Despite paying extra for courier shipping with a trusted, efficient service provider who operates locally, I had to call the store myself for an update. I was connected with a representative named Marlene, who informed me the item was out of stock due to a promotion. This was incorrect—the printer was never on special, and I confirmed during the call that it was still listed as in stock on their website. Marlene later claimed the printer had been shipped but could not provide a dispatch date or a tracking number to validate her claim. When I requested to speak with her manager, Sammy, I was told he does not take calls. I wasn’t given any alternative contact or indication of when I would receive a meaningful update. According to their website, any shipping delays should be communicated directly to the customer—this did not happen. This was not my first poor experience. In December last year, I ordered another printer, only to be told that the business was closing for the holidays and delivery would only resume in January. When I requested a refund, I was told it would also only be processed in January. In short, while the staff may be courteous, the company consistently fails to deliver on its promises. They list items as available when they are not, provide vague or contradictory responses to queries, and offer no accountability or timelines for resolution.

Bad Service
What a bad service i got. I bought a complete set of HP 9***L Cartridges on the 2nd of November 2023, when i got home the were not working due to the chip not being recognized by the printer. I immediately contacted the sales Lady who was assisting me by the name Sonja she asked me to screen shot the message that was displayed on the printer which i did and wrote an email to them explaining. I called in the following day only to be told they are still waiting for the supplier to get back to me and i will be updated by Monday the 6th of November2023 non complication was made by them. I took the cartridges back on the 7th of November 2023. Upon my arrival i was told straight in my dace i hope be getting my refund as they need to be checked by the supplier and get feed back, as for the refund i hope get it cause they don't know what the out come from the supplier will say. The lady was rude in all her explanation and when ever i was question she would shut me down. Now am waiting for them to get responses from the supplier while i wait for something that i bought without receiving anything in the end worse when i requested to buy something with that credit i had i was told i will have to pay again. The service i got was very bad.

The service we always hope to get
I own an HP 8013 printer and I needed to get some replacement ink cartridges in a hurry. I found an advert on line for CH Africa who at the time had the best price. Placing the order in the morning at about 9 AM, I was pleasantly surprised when the cartridges arrive just after lunch time. Great service and a company that I will use again.Thanks to Marco and his team.

Best Service, Best Price, Best Genuine Products
We have been buying our genuine HP printer ink cartridges from CH Africa for about 3.5 years now and they are truly the best. We have had same day delivery most times with caring service and always a personal touch. Thank you for the fresh flower on spring day too! Printer Ink Cartridges.
So nice to write something good about a company. I went to the most popular computer outlets to get some HP Printer cartridges to no avail. (NO stock) Some wanted to sell me some generics but I have tried that before.....disaster!! I found CH AFRICA online and they had stock at unbelievable prices so I ordered black and color. This was on the 22/10/2020. The parcel arrived this morning 23/10/2020!! What impressed me even more was when I opened the package there, included with my ink was a small slab of chocolate and a small bottle of hand sanitizer!! That was so unexpected and a lovely gesture. Never will I get my printer cartridge's anywhere else! Thank you CH AFRICA!! Rudi Berkhout.
