Received another communication beware of ****mers, in the meantime, the ****mers are Chain Ex. I am not interested by opening an account to trade or to purchase coins, I have taken my loss of R500.00 and more in Rand Value, of your worthless coins, which you (Chain Ex T/ A previously SAF Coins) and SA Coins, WHO does not exist anymore in SOUTH AFRICA. Complaint on withdrawal
My mom has been struggling for almost 5 months to get her money from 1st Fortress and then chainex. With every withdrawal request, she muat pay a fee then a gas fee then exhange fee...now it is insurance fee...she doesn't have any more funds to give..how on earth does she get her own funds. It has been back and forth on email forever.

I tried called they cut call. Withdrawal is impossible they a shady business beware I will be relying them to authority as they are *****ing our money

Criminally Insane BTC whith draw fees asked to Whithdraw BTC
This morning I have Whithdrawn a small amount of BTC (+- R1000.00) to another BTC wallet and ChainEx, took 0.0003 BTC as fee!!! This is Criminally Insane !! it is a third of the transferred BTC!! To withdraw Rand it ask a fee of 8.50 witch is fair but not 33% I reviewed past fees and it was likewise Insane ( 0.00044 BTC) in march this year I realise the BTC price change But so must the fee also scale!

Deposit with incorrect reference and refusal to allocate the funds with Bank statement not the Proof of Address
A third party deposited R10 000 in the ChainEX wallet account but used the wrong reference number. When I requested the allocation of the fund to the correct ChainEx reference number using the bank statement and the incorrect reference, ChainEX requested a proof of address that could not be generated by the bank. With the bank statement evidence and the explanation that the bank system is unable to generate the proof of payment, they still resuse to allocate the funds based on security protocals which I fully understand their fear. But how can we solve the issue now because the R10 000 is unaccountable in the books/records of ChainEX. And I have the bank statement evidence of where the money is coming from and it is the same as it reflects in their statement.

ChainEX the BEST cryptocurrency platform in South Africa!!
ChainEX is definitely a great platform to trade on, I have only had a great experience with them. They have a GREAT interface, low fees, and they have plenty of different markets. ChainEX the BEST cryptocurrency platform in South Africa!!
