Don't pay in advance !

Beginning of Dec. 2025 I ordered an item. I have paid R 2150 at the same time. After paying the amount they wanted to charge delivering fee higher than the item's price. So I cancelled the order. Since then I didn't get my money back ! They didn't even bother to respond.
