Poor Service, Sub standard finished product

My husband and I were very impressed with what we had seen at this show room and went on to place an order of a large order of pots for our newly built home we paid them upfront. Firstly they did not commence with our order upon receipt of our funds. When we were ready for them to commence with delivery they started giving us stories. Then when they started with delivery the posts we received were of poor quality , not like what we had seen at the show house. After contacting Candice to advise as part of their sales pitch was that they would come out to site whit to date that have not done so. The pots have started to crack and it's not even been long since we purchased them. Sooo dissatisfied and would not recommend them to anybody.
