Dangerous delivery driver

Wreckless delivery driver reported for nearly running my mother and I off the road after delivering something in the Tokai area at approximately 15h10 on the 08 February 2021. I was promised a return call after I logged a complaint against the wreckless driver and no call or any action taken by the company. This leads me to believe the company is as caring and responsible as their drivers.
