Please help me talk to chappies

Subject: Chappies DYK Challenge – Still Haven’t Received My Prizes

Dear Hello Peter,

I am really heartbroken and frustrated right now. 😞 I participated in the Chappies Did You Know (DYK) Challenge in December 2024, both in the monthly and grand prize show, and I was promised prizes for my participation. However, to this day, I have not received anything.

I have tried reaching out to Chappies SA multiple times through inbox messages, but they don’t respond. Meanwhile, I have seen other participants already receiving their prizes, including Chappies-branded shorts, T-shirts, jerseys, and games. Yet, mine is still not delivered, and I don’t even know if I will ever get it.

What hurts me even more is that they have now posted about a new show, but they haven’t fulfilled their promise to me from the last one.

I feel like I have been ignored and left in the dark. I just need help—will I ever receive my prizes, or was it all for nothing? 😔

Please assist me in getting a response from Chappies SA. I just want what I rightfully won.
