Horrible job done
Very bad customer service. I got my windscreen replaced by them and they did a very poor job. My windscreen is placed in skew and more to the driver side. The Rubbers have been glued on out of place and water is leaking into my car. They destroyed my plastic cover that gets placed by my wipers. When i contact them they keep making excuses and avoiding to have to come back and rectify the mistakes. Since of late they are ignoring me and not even answering my messages any more. it has been 2 weeks now and no success. They are quick to come and replace your windscreen and get paid but as soon as they are paid you get avoided. I will never suggest them to anyone they might be cheap but the quality and service of the job done is up too ****s. Rather pay a bit more to do the job properly at a qualified fitment company.

Charles Autoglass Bellville - SCAM! ALERT!
SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! ALERT! What a miserable experience. After opting for the "best deal in town" I called and dealt with one Sifiso, who happens to run Charles Autoglass from JHB, while the business is apparently based in Bellville, Cape Town. I deposited the money for immediate payment for replacement of a window and smash and grab. They then send some washed up guys to my home who do the worst job of replacing the window They arrive without the tint as well. All this while I already paid... I try to get help from one Sifiso, who tells me he cannot deal with this nonsense after hours...and I'm still waiting for my tint which I paid for...6 Damn days later!!! I'm heading straight to the police station... What Robbers! Please be ware...DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE ROBBERS!

LIARS!!! THEY USE OLD GLASS AND TELL YOU ITS NEW!!!
These men are LIARS!!! They came to repair my window after a smash ans grab incident. Maybe they assumed that since I was a woman I knew nothing. I stayed to watch them and then saw that they were putting a USED/OLD window and NOT new glass. They never mentioned that the glass was old. One of them then apologized for not being honest while the other was rude. So they buy old glass from a junkyard or wherever and then lie to customers that it is new. Making PROFIT off cheap glass and making you pay a fortune for it! THEY DID NOT EVEN BRING AN INVOICE/RECEIPT LIKE ANY LEGITIMATE BUSINESS WOULD! Rude liars!! Don't use them!
