Worst Sales agent
Rita welgemoed one of Chas everitt sales agents sold me a lie , she showed me pictures of a unit in very good condition but everytime I wanted to view the property she claimed it's always booked , she told me once the property is on my name then I can view the property, when I viewed the property it was in a state ****roaches everywhere , the place hasn't been cleaned , the place looks it was a shelter for the homeless , she pretended that she going to fix the things but she didn't, not knowing that the property she sold me was her son's and false bookings was made on lekker slaap for 6 months prior ,when I relooked at the bookings once the property was on my name it was taken off , there were *****ulent documents , she said I got it at a good price so I mustn't complain , I can't believe how I was treated into this deal , nothing has been done by Chas Everitte about this complaint and transaction I would never recommend to use Chas Everitte in amazanitoti as the agent Rita Wilgemoed is a **** and *****ster

Very bad Experience with their agent and manager, will never use them again. very unprofessional, their only focus is to ransom the client after Offer to purchase, not allowing us additional viewing, they know once the OTP is signed they have got their money in the account.
