Chase will try to DOG you. File complaints with your country's regulatory commissions (CFPB/OCC/FDIC/BBB in US), place reviews everywhere and TAKE YOUR MONEY OUT OF CHASE (OUR MONEY IS THEIR POWER. DON'T ALLOW THEM TO USE IT AGAINST US. EACH CLOSED ACCOUNT MAKES THEM WEAKER-FIGHT); sign onto existing class-action lawsuits against them (just search “existing class-actions against Chase”); “find a class-action attorney (search)” and file a new one and/or small claims (for a nominal fee- they have to pay to defend every case filed or lose by default) or regular lawsuit. Companies hate to go to court or arbitration (arbitration is risky for us). We can "nickel-&-dime" Chase from being the biggest bank in the nation. Go to court even if it's about the smallest amount ($35). If you win, they have to pay you and reimburse your court costs, and if you lose, SO (you cost them some money too). You can do court and the regulatory commissions. They have to pay you excess of their error with a class-action though. In my case, on 11/8/23, I found an organization was making recurring unauthorized charges on my credit card. I contacted Chase to stop future charges and adjust past charges. Corporate -Chase could take "as long as it takes" to correct my account (what about the interest you're charged on that incorrect balance); -that she would not even ATTEMPT to credit one month, which I donated in cash (whether the organization had authorization or not); -the other months would be credited---eventually; -any company/organization can charge your credit card, and unless you can show that you paid them by other means (whether you owe them or not), you eat it. That is insane. Executive -Chase was not going to look into this issue any further; -they may recoup the money that they had credited me; -I was not going to speak to anyone other than her as long as she worked for "her supervisor's name; -that any company or organization can charge your card, as long as they have your number -she would not put her response in writing and that I had received all of the paperwork that I was going to receive from Chase. The organization reversed the charges, but Chase did nothing to assist me and/or accept their responsibilities. You don't have to pay the disputed amount on your card, so transfer the rest while you FIGHT. IT'S HARD TO CONCEIVE HOW WE'RE ALLOWING ONE INSTITUTION TO ABUSE SO MANY MILLIONS OF US BY OUR SILENT ACCEPTANCE! BBB removed my 1/10/24 Chase review as their policy is: "It is against policy to double whammy a company. Consumers are only permitted to either file a complaint or a customer review -- not both." (Doing nothing privately or nothing but venting publicly). A company only needs to respond; not resolve your issue. In my case, they just responded "We are keeping the resolution private, if there is one." Leaves one to wonder about the BBB. Consumer Affairs is trash as they are sponsored by the very companies that they are supposed to review and rate. They don't post negative reviews about their “buddy” companies. Facebook won't allow ME to put 2-step verification on MY OWN account to stop anyone/whomever (probably them) from going into my account and removing or altering this review. WalletHub is a disgrace. They won't allow REAL consumer reviews “contrary to” their “buddies” no matter how much you conform to guidelines and length protocols.

Biggest ****mers ever. Outrageous fees that nobody can afford. I've send R25000 already on an investment but yest they expect another 1500dollars. After I tried too cancel, they refused to pay back my money spent. Anthony Solaris and Stephanie Amelia is the biggest ****mers you can find. They don't care about the customer, only about the money they're going too get. They ruined my life and refuse to fix it. I've lost everything because off them. They're ****mers, don't deal with them. You might end up losing everything as well. The worst is they refuse to take responsibility. Would you trust people that doesn't care about you as a person. They'll ruin you like they did too me. Don't trust them

Chase Bank seem to be determined to cut me off from my money, with their overzealous and inflexible security arrangements. I lived in the US until 2016, then retired to South Africa. Much of my last IRS refund from April 2017 is still sitting in Chase Bank, the only reasonable way to spend it is online, directly or by Paypal, usually to buy PC games for my wife. Until a few months ago, I could log into my account from the same old laptop I have had since 2010, then suddenly they did not recognise the device, I had to get a 8-digit code, and the system that is supposed to send the code, usually just repeats the instruction to press #, the code only came about once in a dozen attempts, until they changed it to block you after 3 unsuccessful attempts, so now it never works. Then I had to call, which I could only do by Skype, because calling by landline or mobile phone from South Africa to the US, would be astronomically expensive. They would ask me a few security questions to confirm it is me, and then try to resolve my problem. Then they changed the rules, no more security questions, they have to call me back to confirm it is me, but they cannot call back through Skype, and I can't call from my own phone, so they refuse to speak to me. Now even a payment for a $18 PC game does not process, by entering the card details or by Paypal, and neither Chase nor Paypal will speak to my, so I can't find out why they won't pay. So what next? A new security rule that any account that shows no activity is considered abandoned and they may dispossess me of the $650 left in it? And the lamest reply of all: Just walk into any Chase branch. Yea right, from 8000 miles away.

$25000 Wire sent September 28 2018 from Spain still not found with several requests to Chase to find the money. The sender bank has sent updates to Chase to try to get the money into my business account. I have filed several written complaints without respectful response or concern I am a living breathing existence who deserves to be treated with the utmost respect. Chase will do whatever Chase pleases no care to anything. 8 accounts shut down and or set to shut down without warning in good standing after many many years with Chase at the same time the $25000 went missing. Still the attitude is so what Chase will do whatever Chase pleases to long term clients or anyone. My daughter's accounts were targeted included in the 8 accounts shut down and or to be shut down. Her IRA can't earn until she transfers it and she can't transfer until November 17 2018. I sure hope the attorney I am working with can get to the $25000 and file a lawsuit for negligence and other practices of contract breach etc. on behalf of myself and my daughter. One account isn't to shut down until November 25 2018 yet it is restricted. An $8000 wire had to be retracted to be sent to another one of my accounts at another bank. These people are evil in my estimation of business disgust of money disappearing with no concern to find it. This is October 24 2018 and the $25000 is still not in my possession. My finance manager asked I file a police report so I did. $1000 to be paid to one of the shut down credit cards was applied to an account closed from 10 years ago. I had to threaten with police then that money was finally put into my credit account. My finance manager paid for my daughters two credit cards were shut down so she would not assume finance charges while paying off. He is also paying my credit cards so I don't have a problem. WHEN WILL CHASE AND BANKERS BE SHUT DOWN, LOCKED UP IN JAIL AND MADE TO PAY SERIOUS FINES FOR THIS KIND OF BUSINESS BEHAVIOR. IF I DID THIS IN MY BUSINESS I WOULD LOSE MY LICENSE, MADE TO PAY RETRIBUTION TO THE CLIENT AND BE FINED.
