Cartrack installed a tracker in my car on February 10, 2025. The next day, on the 11th, my central locking system stopped working. I called them, and they sent a technician on the 13th to check it. The technician did something, and the central locking seemed to work again, but by the next day, February 14, it had stopped working again. When I called Cartrack, they told me they weren’t liable and that I’d have to buy a new central locking system because they couldn’t help me. I regret listening to the person who referred me to Cartrack because their service is trash.
