Hello Peter. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at Checkers in Sandton City. I visited twice, on September 22nd and 23rd, 2025, to withdraw money from the money market, but both times I was told they were offline. As someone who relies on accessing my funds when needed, it's frustrating to be unable to do so. To make matters worse, the cashiers seemed unfriendly. Given the purpose of a money market account is to access funds when needed, it's concerning that this basic service wasn't available. I hope Checkers addresses these technical issues and improves customer service.
