On the 08/03/2025 Me and my friend went to buy champing chairs and found a ticketing claiming if you swipe the card you get the chairs cheaper and the cashier informed the training manager (chantey), She took it up with management (Steve) who was very rude towards us. Stayed on his phone and said we should wait and after that accused us of moving the prices and claimed to go check the cameras mind you we waited a good whole 20/30 min for him to verify and after he went back to the front desk busy chatting on his phone. No apologies what so ever or to let the other managers overide for us. And when we confronted him on his behaviour. He said the is no need for him to apologise to us.
